Welcome to Geno’s Siding and Roofing (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our online platform located at https://gutters.genosiding.com (“Site”) to order gutter installation services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Our Site allows customers (“you” or “Customer”) to calculate the cost of gutter installation services using an online form, make a full payment, and schedule the service. Once your payment is made, a representative from our Company will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the details and schedule the installation.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Customers must provide accurate information when completing the price calculation form.
• The total amount due will be displayed before payment. By completing the payment process, you confirm that the details you provided are correct and authorize the Company to collect the full amount charged.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking through the Site. We accept major credit cards through PayPal (https://paypal.com).

3. Scheduling

• After payment is received, a Company representative will contact you within 2 business days to schedule the installation.
• If we do not contact you within this timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund (see Section 4).

4. Refund Policy

You may be entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:

1. Full Refund (100%)

• If the Company fails to contact you within 2 business days after payment.
• If you change your mind before the installation is scheduled.
• If the Company contacts you on time but is unable to fulfill your order for any reason.

2. Partial Refund or Adjustments

• If you provided incorrect or misleading information on the price calculation form the Company reserves the right to either refund your payment minus a $100 fee for showing up or request you to cover the difference between the quoted price and the actual cost of the work required.

3. Penalty for Non-Performance

• If the Company fails to show up at the agreed-upon time to perform the installation or does not reach out to schedule the work on time, you will receive a full refund plus an additional $100 compensation fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when filling out the price calculation form.
• You must ensure that someone is present at the scheduled time and location to grant access to the property where the installation will occur.

6. Company’s Rights

• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we determine that the information provided is incorrect or incomplete. In such cases, we may offer a partial refund, as specified in Section 4.
• We may refuse service to any customer for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse of the Site, or failure to comply with these Terms.

7. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. The following warranties apply:

• 15-Year Non-Pro-Rated Warranty: Covers against corrosion, splitting, and cracking.
• 10-Year Workmanship Warranty: Covers any defects in the installation process.

Exclusions: The warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitations of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for any delays or failures to perform the installation if caused by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Amendments and Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of our Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
